    Important Notice:
City of Seattle GIS data compilations are copyrighted and are made available for personal and/or internal uses only. All commercial uses are subject to a separate license agreement with the City of Seattle. Neither these digital products, nor any portion thereof, may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the express written authorization of the City of Seattle.

Development of this product was driven by requests from users such as non-profit organizations and educational institutions whose use of GIS data does not generally require currency.

It is important to note that daily maintenance occurs on many of our base layers. In addition, there is no regular update schedule for the Standard Data CDs. Therefore architecture or engineering firms, and especially consultants to the City, should order custom data sets.
