Final Legislation
After a series of stakeholder group meetings in the summer of 2014, the Council Planning Land Use and Sustainability (PLUS) Committee put forward a revised set of regulations. Full City Council is expected to vote on the final regulations on October 6, 2014.

Proposed Legislation
In March of 2014, Mayor Murray sent proposed new rules for micro-housing and congregate residences, along with a Director’s Report, to the City Council for consideration. A public hearing on the proposed regulations was held in May of 2014.
