Our checklists and standards are designed to help both you as an applicant and DPD staff make sure your permit application is complete and ready for review.

About The Checklists and Standards
The checklists are two-page documents. Supporting each checklist is a lengthier standards document that details the requirements on the checklist. For example, the checklist simply lists one requirement as "a site plan," while the standard document describes in detail what items are needed on a complete site plan. All checked items on standards or checklists are minimum requirements for the most basic submittal. Other items that are not checked may be required for a review-ready submittal, based on the scope of a project. To find out if these items are needed for your project, bring your conceptual plans to the Applicant Services Center.

NOTE: As an applicant you are responsible for ensuring that your submittal meets the checklists and standards related to your project prior to your intake appointment. The limited time available at intake is not intended as a time to complete your application materials.
