Request A Magistrate Hearing

Hearing requests must be made within 15 days of the date the ticket was issued. You may request a hearing by calling the Court at (206) 684-5600, or you may submit a request in writing. Follow the instructions on the back of the ticket and indicate the hearing location that you prefer. Requests can be mailed or delivered to:

WARNING: IF YOU HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING WARRANTS FOR YOUR ARREST, YOU MAY BE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND BOOKED INTO JAIL when you appear for your hearing. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF ANY OUTSTANDING ARREST WARRANTS before APPEARING IN COURT ON YOUR INFRACTION(S).
