Public works projects are advertised in the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce and online at eBid.

Small construction projects, estimated to cost less than $300,000, may be solicited using the Small Construction Projects Roster (SCPR).

Obtaining Bid Documents
eBid provides online distribution of construction bid documents for public works projects. The official plan holders list includes only those bidders who download directly from the Web site. Addenda and project information will only be sent to official plan holders.

Bid Submission
Sealed bids will be received up until 2:00 p.m. on the bid opening date. Bids received after the required bid submittal time will not be accepted. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.

Affirmative Efforts

The City encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit bids, and encourages contractors to utilize women and minority-owned businesses as subcontractors and suppliers.
