Director of Education & Community Programs
Seeking individual to manage, coordinate and facilitate the education programs and community initiatives of the Theatre; to include the initiatives of The American Cycle, our award-winning arts-in-education program Living History, the Student Matinee program with supporting study guides, and initiatives supporting our annual holiday production of Black Nativity. Qualified candidates will have five years experience in theatre or arts related administration and excellent communication skills. Also requires project and event management experience and the ability to work in a team setting. Bachelor?s degree in theatre, education or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of the Seattle artistic community a plus. Evening and weekend hours required. Position start date: December 1, 2009. No phone calls, please.
