Gold/FLASH card discounts and service animals

A 50 percent discount on altered license fees is available for senior citizens (over 60 years) and people with disabilities who have a Gold or FLASH Card.

There is no discount for unaltered license fees, however our Spay and Neuter Clinic offers low-cost or free surgeries based on individual financial need.
